Your payment may not have reflected in your account portfolio for a few reasons, first, there are bank processing and clearing times that may delay the reflection of your deposit in our own partner bank accounts.
Second, pleasure ensure that after you have made your deposit or fund transfer to our designated parnter bank accounts, you have sent to us an "Add Balance" form through your investor dashboard's Balance menu item. This let us know and verify that you have made a deposit
If youve made a deposit and submitted the Add Balance form to us but are still not seeing your payments reflected, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your queries. We may require you to verify your identity prior managing your concern.
